NAB Show New York offers unique and exclusive opportunities to reach attendees through high value touchpoints. Sponsorship of one or more of these limited inventory opportunities gives your brand direct and lasting exposure through increased visibility and by enhancing the attendee experience at the Show.

Tote Bags

$3,000 | Exclusive

Offer attendees a bag to hold all their swag as they navigate the show floor and take in conference sessions. Sponsor provides 7,500 branded literature bags and may elect to stuff the bags with a promotional item or literature prior to shipping them to the Show, at their own expense. Bags are supplied by the Sponsor. Show Management will manage placement and stocking of the bags onsite.

Charging Stations

$3,500 | Exclusive | Base Price Shown

Located in high-traffic areas around the show floor, add your brand to a highly sought-after amenity by Attendees. We'll work with you on the type of charging station and design to help match your goals. Price varies depending on design and quantity.

Greeters and Welcome Gift

$2,500 | Exclusive

Welcome attendees as they arrive at the Javits Convention Center in a pre-approved, high-traffic location during peak registration hours. You also have the option to distribute giveaway items to attendees, a great way to direct them to your booth. Any giveaway items must be approved by Show Management, provided by the Sponsor, and shipped at the expense of the Sponsor. Greeters must be provided by the sponsor, at the expense of the Sponsor, and managed by the Sponsor. One ambassador per entrance. Sponsor logo will be included in the welcome email to attendees prior to the Show opening.

Any giveaway items must be approved by Show Management, provided by the Sponsor, and shipped at the expense of the Sponsor. Greeters must be provided by the Sponsor, at the expense of the Sponsor, and managed by the Sponsor.  

Registration

$10,000

Place your brand at Registration, the first check-in point for attendees. Your brand will be a digital billboard on all 18 of the customer-facing registration screens until the attendee prints their badge.  Graphics are due by September 3, should measure 1080 pixels wide, and be submitted as a vector-based file, either .ai or .eps. Your company logo will be included on the Show website; in the registration portals for attendees, press, and exhibitors; in attendee registration confirmation emails; and in the printed Show Guide.

Lanyards

$13,000 | Exclusive

All attendees are required to wear a badge on the show floor. Your company logo will be on 10,000 lanyards that will be distributed during badge pick-up. Logo is immediately after sale and must be submitted as a vector-based file, either .ai or .eps. Lanyards will be produced by Show Management.

Attendee Badge

$2,500 | Exclusive

Add a full-color company advertisement on the backside of approximately 10,000 attendee badges to promote your product or booth location. Graphic is due by August 3, should measure 4" wide x 6" tall and be submitted as a vector-based file, either .ai or .eps. Badges will be produced by Show Management. 

Happy Hour Bar

$5,000 | 6 Remaining

Sponsor one or more pop-up bars on the show floor for the end-of-day happy hours, available both days of the Show. Each Happy Hour lasts one hour and includes domestic beer and wine. You have the opportunity to provide a giveaway or promotional item which could include cocktail napkins, cups, koozies and more. Items to be provided and shipped at the expense of the Sponsor and must be approved by Show Management. Your logo will be included on signage at the bar, on the website, in the printed Show Guide, and in promotional emails as space allows.

Middle Bar

$10,000

Located in the heart of the Exhibit Hall, the Middle Bar is the central meeting spot for attendees and exhibitors to enjoy drinks, snacks, and to regroup between time spent on the show floor. Your :15 second advertisement (without sound) will run on two monitors behind the bar, and your logo will be incorporated into the design of the structure. You have the opportunity to provide a giveaway or promotional item at the bar which could include napkins, coffee sleeves, table top signs, and more. Items to be provided and shipped at the expense of the Sponsor and must be approved by Show Management. Your logo will be included on the website, in the printed Show Guide, and in emails as space allows.
