As a proven satellite executive with 30 years of experience, Mr. Riegelman leads Intelsat’s go-to-market strategy, including the company’s introduction of its Intelsat EpicNG® platform, extending the company’s reach with existing and new applications. 

He has been with Intelsat for more than 17 years, beginning with PanAmSat in 1999 and rising to Vice President, North American sales. He took the position of Intelsat’s Vice President of Americas Sales when PanAmSat merged with Intelsat in 2006 and led the cultural integration and realignment of the combined sales team. 

Since then, Mr. Riegelman has held positions of increasing responsibility with Intelsat, including his most recent past position as Senior Vice President, Global Sales. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing Intelsat’s global sales team and for many of Intelsat’s largest customer relationships across the media, broadband and mobility sectors. 

During his tenure at PanAmSat from 1999 through 2006, he led the Americas and North America sales teams and was responsible for many of the company’s largest media relationships across the Galaxy fleet. 

Prior to joining PanAmSat, Mr. Riegelman worked for Hughes Communications Inc., where he participated in the acquisition of commercial satellites and launch vehicles before transferring to the media sales organization. He began his career at Hughes Space & Communications Group (now Boeing) managing sub-contract programs for satellite communication systems and components. 

Mr. Riegelman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University and an MBA in International Marketing from Loyola Marymount University in California.
