Chris Peterson is the Senior Vice President of Podcasting for iHeartRadio where he oversees the platform's overall podcast strategy. He is responsible for strengthening relationships with internal on-air talent, Premiere Networks personalities and third party content producers to bring new podcasts into the platform as well as grow the company's overall profile in the podcast community. In this role, Peterson also guides content partnerships and business development, advises the product team on its podcast roadmap, and works with sales to monetize iHeartRadio's podcast efforts. Previously, Peterson served as the Content Partnerships Manager for TuneIn where he secured the digital rights to premium content, and expanded the company’s podcast footprint. He has also worked as the Director of Operations for TheBlaze Radio Network where he spearheaded their streaming strategy and launched a podcast network that became one of the largest on iTunes. Peterson began his career with Premiere Networks where he became the Director of Affiliate Relations and was responsible for the affiliate growth of top personalities including Elvis Duran, Bobby Bones and Glenn Beck into new markets across the U.S.
