Preparing for your FAA Part 107 Test

10:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.

Overview: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs or Drones) offer up new opportunities and technology for amazing aerial images! This workshop is the gateway to the sky and the fresh perspective UAV/Drones bring to the table. Join us for an intensive day, with FAA-certified experts and pilots showcasing how your organization can best implement and prosper using UAV technology. Whether you're interested in production, content for marketing, real estate content, or event imagery, these sessions will empower and inspire you to be the best producer of aerial imagery that you can be. From basics to broadcast-quality, this workshop covers it all.

Description: With the FAA's announcement of the new FAR Part 107, there is tremendous confusion about what drone pilots may and may not do and how to obtain this certification. This session is a quick-start guide for 107 certification, showcasing what it takes to become a legal commercial UAV pilot, what resources are available, and how to best setup to successfully pass the Part 107 test. While this session will not be long enough to cover all the materials needed to pass a Part 107 test, it will guide you through the process, detailing what you need to study and learn, and clarifying all the necessary steps to become Part 107 certified quickly and painlessly.

This session will be taught by a FAA Certified Instructor
