The information you need to build your exhibit space and get your staff ready for NAB Show New York.
All staff working NAB Show New York MUST be registered for the event. No one will be granted access to the exhibit hall without an official show badge.

Build Your Space
This raw space option provides you with the flexibility to customize your booth within the parameters of the Show’s rules and regulations. All products and vendor services must be ordered à la carte.
Linear Booths: All linear booths will be set with 8' high white back-drape and 3' high white side-drape. Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may request an ID sign. The aisle carpet will be tuxedo (black with white specs). Carpet or similar professional floor covering in your booth is mandatory but not provided. All other products and vendor services must be ordered a la carte. Or upgrade to a Turnkey Package to ease your onsite planning and build.
Exclusive and Preferred Vendors
We partner with verified companies, to ensure you have a quality, seamless experience. Certain services are exclusive, meaning the designated vendors are the only vendors authorized to provide these services, per building rules and regulations. If you choose to hire someone not on this list, you will need to register them as an Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) for them to gain access to the Exhibit Hall.

There are no columns in booths for this Show, but there are columns near booths. You can see columns on the floor plan; they look like jacks or Xs. If you have a column near your booth and would like to see the diagram showing the distance from your booth to the column, you can request one.
