One of our most popular items that highlights your company with your logo and the NAB Show New York logo. They are distributed in the Registration area and NAB will handle the all arrangements for artwork, printing and shipping.
Be top of mind when attendees look up to navigate the show floor. Drive traffic with your logo and booth # featured on a 3’x6’ sign that hangs that will hang adjacent to the 12 aisle number signs in the hall.
Exhibit Hall Literature Bags
75% of attendees at tradeshows pick up a bag at the entrance before heading in to check out the floor. Sponsor provides 10,000 literature bags with your messaging and NAB Show keeps them stocked throughout the show. Sponsor may elect to stuff the bags with a promotional item or literature prior to shipping them to NAB Show New York at their own expense.
Branded Attendee Swag
Attendees will “take you with them” when they receive your branded novelty item as an extra bonus to their show experience. Swag will be stored in a specific location for attendees to grab onsite and the sponsors will be promoted as part of our attendee marketing. Sponsor could also elect to have the promo item in their booth and NAB Show New York will send out a dedicated email announcing where to pick up their show swag which will drive traffic to your booth. Possible items include phone charging battery, sunglasses, reusable water bottle, t-shirt, screen cleaning cloth, pen, notepad, USB wristband, etc.

All attendees must visit Registration to pick up their badges and sponsors will receive logo recognition in the registration area and pre-show communications. We’ve also added an Attendee Lounge that will be adjacent to the registration area allowing sponsors to provide literature, meet with clients or give attendees a VIP experience in a high-traffic area.

The Middle Bar - SOLD
The Middle Bar is BACK! Showcase your company right in the middle of the floor where attendees meet up, grab a quick bite and a drink. It is also the hotspot for our daily happy hours where everyone gathers to connect. Sponsorship includes drink tickets for Wednesday’s Opening Night Party, Thursday’s Happy Hour, extensive branding with logos on all pre-show and onsite signage as well as a custom promotional item to be disseminated throughout the show in the Bar. Sponsors may also scan badges during the show to collect leads.
