Media Partner Online Newsstand
NAB Show New York features a resource that presents media and entertainment news sources all in one place – the Online Newsstand! Media Partners may display one cover issue at a time; all you need to do is provide a URL to your digital edition and a .jpg of the cover art. Click here to view the Media Partner Online Newstand.
- The Online Newsstand will be promoted via house ads and other areas of nabshowny.com to ensure maximum visibility.
- Each digital edition must be in "book" format. Standard web pages do not qualify for posting in this area.
- Media Partners may switch out issues by sending updated links to Sharae Bennett as editions are published.

Web Banner Advertising
nabshowny.com is the #1 source of information about the event and the ideal space to promote your publication, highlight subscription offers and promote special features.
- Ads are 728 x 90
- All ads are placed in rotation ROS on article-level Web pages.
- Ads do not appear on the home page of the website or inside the Exhibitor/Session directory.
- Ads are posted 5 days from receipt and remain live for at least three months past Show dates. Make sure to submit your ad for posting early to maximize exposure!
Third Party eBlasts
Send your message or special offer via a dedicated HTML eBlast to event Attendees who have agreed to receive third-party messaging from official Show Partners. Note, this is a portion of the full list and is 100% opt-in.
- Distribution list is approx. 10k and will include this years attendees!
- Partners must provide custom HTML creative formatted according to official specs.
- To manage list fatigue, eBlasts are only sent outside of heavy show promotional periods.
Email Spotlight Advertising
NAB Show New York emails garner impressive open rates because subscribers are eager to learn what's happening at the event. Unlike other eNewsletters, these communications are only distributed in the months leading up to the event as information is released – we don't fatigue our readers. Media Parnters are featured via a spotlight position and exposed to our 200k+ audience (ad sizes are 290x100).
Show Guide Advertising
The NAB Show New York Program and Exhibit Guide is the one book that Attendees turn to for information on Exhibitors, Conference schedules, session descriptions and special events. Featuring detailed listings for all Exhibitors, it is a valuable reference during the event and a must keep resource for anybody shopping for equipment or services all year long. Place your ad in the Program and Exhibit Guide and get maximum visibility with buyers during and after the event - that's 12 months of advertising impact with the industry's most important buyers! As an Advertiser, you will aslo be listed in the ad index. All ads are full page, four-color.
Distribution of printed publications onsite is a great way to build readership and reinforce your value to advertisers. NAB Show New York only offers onsite distribution of regularly printed publications in exchange for pre-show print advertising inserted in the publication to be distributed. Print ads must run prior to October 15.
For the Partner's benefit, this is a turnkey opportunity - we recognize the increasing costs to print and ship additional copies for onsite distribution, and that is why we work to make it as easy and valuable as possible. All Partners need to do is ship materials as instructed and we do the rest to ensure that your publications are available throughout the event.
It is recommended you send a minimum of 500 - 1,000 issues to ensure adequate inventory to stock your publication bin throughout the duration of the event. Once your inventory is gone, the bin will be removed. All Media Partners are required to complete the online form and accept distribution policies in order to receive shipping labels. All shipments to NAB Show New York must use official Show labels.
Bartered Exhibit Space
Exhibiting at NAB Show New York is one of the best ways to get exposure for your media brand and offer subscription opportunities to interface with other Exhibitors. You will also receive all benefits of being a paid Exhibitor including an online Exhibitor Directory Listing and a listing in the printed Show Guide. Booths are bartered in 10' x 10' and 10' x 20' sizes and include carpet, standard furnishing package and a hanging sign. Booth comes with standard furniture only and additional furnishings can be ordered from Freeman at partner's expense.
Onsite Cover Wall
Don't want to send printed publications for distribution - or don't have a printed pub to give out? No worries! Get great exposure on the cover wall located in the show Rgistration area near the escalators to the show floor. Instead of taking a printed copy of your publication with them, Attendees scan your unique QR code presented on signage with a large cover image. This is a great vehicle to make a special on-site subscription offer or execute a fun promotion at the weblink associated with the QR code.
- Cover artwork/image is presented at 18" x 24".
- Media Partner provides artwork and QR code only, NAB Show New York does the rest!
- Artwork must be formated as a publication "cover" - but your property does not have to be a printed publication to barter for this element.
Social Media Package
Get exposed to our Facebook community and our Twitter community! The package includes 2 Facebook posts and 1 Twitter original post or retweet. Try something new -- Twitter Polls. You provide the question and we tweet your question to our audience featuring your brand. It's a great way to engage and present brand awareness to a focused community.
