All Exhibitors are invited to participate in the Registration Incentive Program. The more registered Attendees who use the Exhibitor's Guest Pass Code, the higher the chances for the Exhibitor to win one of several prizes before, during and after the Show.

What Are The Categories?

  • Small Booth - up to 200 square feet - producing 20 or more Registrations
  • Medium Booth - 200 to 399 square feet - producing 30 or more Registrations
  • Large Booth - 400 square feet and up - producing 40 or more Registrations

What Are The Criteria?

Exhibitors must meet the minimum number of Registrations within their categories to be entered for a chance to win one of several turnkey marketing opportunities. If more than one Exhibitor meets the minimum number of Registrations within a category, a winner will be drawn at random.

How Many Winners Can There Be?

  • Small Booth - up to 3 winners
  • Medium Booth - up to 2 winners
  • Large Booth - up to 1 winner

 

What are the prizes?

JUST ANNOUNCED - $7,000 worth of online retargeting ads post-show (200K impressions). Your message presented to NABShowNY.com visitors while they are on other sites. The winning company will be the one with the most, overall registrations! Small, Medium or Large – it's up for grabs!

    • During Show - 10 concession vouchers for booth staff ($650 value) and 100 lbs. of material handling ($268 value)
    • Post Show - direct mailing list and 20 priority points** toward your 2018 space ($50, 000 value)
       
  • Medium Booth
    • Pre-Show - banner ad* on website ($2,500 value)
    • During Show - push notification via event mobile app ($1,000 value) and social media ($3,000 value), dessert reception near your booth during Wednesday reception ($1,500 value) and 200 lbs. of material handling ($268 value)

  • Large Booth

What Is The Timeline? Deadline extended to 12 p.m. EST on October 28!

Exhibitors must meet the minimum number of Registrations within their categories by October 14 to be entered for a chance to win the prizes. Winners will be notified and announced the week of the event.
